How We Work

We work with schools and other organisations in ways that truly meet their needs — whether that’s a single keynote or a long-term partnership.

Some begin with a one-off professional learning session, and others co-create a series of tailored experiences across the year. No matter how we begin, our goal is always the same: to support relational, restorative school cultures that last.

We start by understanding:

  • Your group's existing strengths

  • The challenges you're facing

  • What matters most to your team

From there, we co-design a learning pathway that fits your context and supports your staff, students, and leadership in real and practical ways.

We offer training at all levels — from introductory sessions to advanced programs in:

  • Restorative Practices

  • Wellbeing Science

  • Student Leadership & Peer Mediation

  • Trauma-informed Practice

We also work with groups in conflict or crisis, providing support to address issues, restore and reset relationships. This might be team conflict, student conflict or conflict involving parents or carers.

We’re also proud to offer a free follow-up support session for all clients. Just select “Follow-Up Support” in our booking system.
